What if your meals felt easier, your energy more steady, and your wellness goals way less overwhelming?Â
Yes PLEASE!
This guide is just the beginning..
Because if balanced meals, grocery list making & mindful eating can feel this doable⊠imagine what the rest of your wellness journey could look like with the right kind of support. đ«¶
Hey there!
I'm Katie.
I help millennial women create a stress-free, intuitive approach to movement and nutritionâso they can feel good in their bodies without pressure, guilt, or obsession.
I know all too well the constant juggling act of trying to âget it all rightâ⊠only to feel like you fell off the wellness wagon because you ate a cupcake at your sisterâs party. Not so much about counting calories but how my body would react to random foods or how my rosacea would flare because I ate peanut butter, weird, I know.Â
The truth? Thereâs no perfect way to eat or move.
And trust meâthatâs coming from a recovering perfectionist. (Okay, letâs be real⊠once a perfectionist, always a little bit of one.)
But what I was really craving during my own healing journey was freedom.
Freedom to feel at ease in my body.
Freedom to make changes that felt aligned in where and how I wanted to evolve in my health journey.
And freedom to do it all imperfectly, without all the added societal noise.
Over time, through coaching dozens of women 1:1, I started to notice a patternâthey wanted guidance, yes, but more than anything, they wanted to feel heard and seen. And honestly? Donât we all. It's all I ever wanted and still want. Our health is a constant journey, rarely a destination we arrive to & stay put.
After walking through my own share of health ups and downs, Iâm here to tell you: youâre not alone in this.
And you donât have to overhaul your whole life to feel better.
One small shift, one gentle step at a timeâthatâs what creates lasting change.
Iâm so glad youâre here.
