For years, I tried to “healthy” my way out of feeling unwell. I cut foods, tracked symptoms, obsessed over every bite, and still felt stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine. When my job started draining me as much as my health struggles were, something had to give.

That shift started with a journal, a lot of hard questions, and one big realization: I didn’t need more rules, I needed more self-trust.

That journey led me to study holistic health, heal my relationship with food and my body, and eventually create resources like this one—to help other women feel less alone and more empowered in their wellness journeys.
